Padding Options
Default Padding
You can customize the vertical padding of each section under Options > Padding. This section has the default amount of padding (aka “Medium”).
No Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “None”.
Extra Small Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Extra Small”.
Small Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Small”.
Medium Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Medium”. This is the default setting, and matches the “Default Padding” section above.
Large Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Large”.
Extra Large Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Extra Large”.
Huge Padding
This section has its vertical padding set to “Huge”.
Separate Top/Bottom Padding
This section has the “Separate Top/Bottom” padding option selected, allowing the top and bottom padding to be defined separately. In this example, the top padding is set to “Small” and the bottom padding is set to “Large”.
Padding Collapse (Section 1)
If two consecutive sections have the same background color, the padding between them will “collapse”. You can see this behavior between this section, and the one below.
Padding Collapse (Section 2)
If two consecutive sections have the same background color, the padding between them will “collapse”. You can see this behavior between this section, and the one above.
Padding Collapse Disabled (Section 1)
There are two options in each section – “Allow Top Padding to Collapse” and “Allow Bottom Padding to Collapse” – which allow you to disable the default behavior if needed. You can see an example of this between this section and the one below.
